Check out our office located in Marble Falls, TX right in the heart of the Hill Country. We serve all children ages 6 months to 18 yrs! We are specialty pediatric dental office which means we are the pediatricians of the teeth.
Dr. Steve Hernandez is a native of the Hill Country and received a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University. He attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Steve is on the board of directors of the Highland Lakes Health Partnership, where he serves on the board overseeing the formation of a charity dental clinic to serve the Highland Lakesarea. In 2009, he received the Outstanding Citizen Award from the Marble Falls/Highland Lakes Chamber of Commerce for his contributions and services to the community.
Dr. Nisha Mehta was born and raised in the Windy city of Chicago, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Spanish and graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). She followed her passion for dentistry and earned her dental degree from UIC. While in dental school she earned numerous honors including the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Award, American Academy of Orofacial Pain Award and Isaac Schour Research Scholarship. Dr. Mehta was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honors Society. Dr. Mehta continued her education at UIC where she completed her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry and Master of Science in Oral Sciences.
Dr. Mehta strives to provide every patient with a positive and comfortable dental visit. She believes that children develop their perceptions of dental care early in life and Dr. Mehta ensures that they find going to the dentist to be fun and enjoyable! When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Mehta enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband.
